This role will be responsible for:

Ensure the Cotia site is aligned and using best practices, Local, Regional and Global for Lean and Digital areas fostering an Operational Excellence.
Develop and implement strategies Lean and Digital to ensure continuous operational improvement in the flows of the productive and administrative processes at the Cotia plant.

Manage by influence and act as Mentor and/or Coach. Be a change agent and use Change Management processes where necessary to ensure that the effective change takes place.
Ensure the development of the knowledge and behaviors necessary to deliver the negotiated.

Acting as an integrated manner with all areas, ensuring the execution of the business strategy planning and deployment process, identifying opportunities for improvements and cost reduction,

Lean / Digital initiatives
Leadership
PMO effective governance model to the main projects of the site.
NPI effective governance model supporting commercial initiatives

Education, skills and experience:

Degree in relevant IT, Engineering, Pharmacist, Administration field

- _Previous experience in position with similar responsibility in implementation of Lean Philosophy or Operational Excellence._
- _Experience in the implementation of change processes through Lean Thinking, Lean Six Sigma Methodology and/or TPM. (Total Productivity Maintenance._

Practical knowledge in Problem Solving, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Kaizen, SMED, PDCA and OEE tools._

- _Six Sigma. Focus on results, be dynamic, flexible, analytic. Oral communication skills._

Involvement in leadership organizations pharmaceutical
Agile development methodologies
Strong verbal communication skills and writing
Strong influence, networking and team work
High level of awareness of the processes of business and challenges/ opportunities for the website(s)
