About the Team

The Institute of Monetization Integrity (IMI) team is part of the Global Monetization Strategy and Operation (MSO) organization here at TikTok.

As down-to-earth strategic partners with a holistic bird's eye view, our mission is to drive healthy and sustainable business growth by balancing risk, revenue, cost and experience across TikTok monetization product and the global markets that we operate.

We are looking to hire a Monetization Integrity Strategist to oversee the integrity of the LATAM market.

The ideal person is capable and passionate about making TikTok the most trusted and easiest platform to advertise on from a global perspective.

About the role

We're looking for an individual with strong strategic and business operational background to join our high performing TikTok Global Business Solutions team to focus on driving sales enablement and efficiency initiatives focused on revenue growth and operational scale.

This role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes to enable revenue and customer base growth.

You will provide support to our sales team in executing localized go-to-market strategies, planning and execution.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop customer segmentation methodologies, build sales territories and sales coverage plans
  • Execute sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting methodologies for a fast growing sales organization
  • Create and implement sales and client incentive plans
  • Develop and implement sales KPI's, build reporting and tracking of sales performance
  • Document data flows, operating procedures and policies, identify bottlenecks in the sales process and proactively seek opportunities for improvement
  • Drive operational excellence through identifying areas of opportunity to improve processes, tools and systems
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional business partners, collaborate on cross functional initiatives
  • Support sales with day to day operations, prioritize requests and solve escalations in a timely manner
  • Work with other MSO members to resolve sales support issues, identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in a management consulting, operations, stratgey or growth role within a fastpaced technology company
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations or other relevant / quantitative disciplines from a leading university
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into narratives for leadership
  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis and modeling, create reports and influence decision making.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau or other analytical tools is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency in SalesForce or similar type of CRM solutions, Tableau/Power BI or similar data vizualization plarforms
  • Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Suite skills
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong influencing skills
  • Is a selfstarter and has the ability to work independently, multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Results and detail oriented, with strong commercial / business acumen
  • Not afraid to roll up sleeves to get work done
