Introdução

The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world.

By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

Seu papel e responsabilidades

Conhecimento em criação de verbas em Sistema e suas incidências de encargos, além de atribuição de conta contábil;
Criação de função no sistema vinculado ao E-social
Aplicação de ajuste salarial, alteração de posição, transferência, enquadramento salarial, dissídio
Acompanhamento de CND
Análise de retornos de Erros em E-social
Atendimento ao chamados relacionados a folha de pagamento nível 2;
Habilidade para atuar com alto volume de demanda.

Disponibilidade de atuar em Belem presencial.

Profissional Requerido e Conhecimento Técnico

Superior completo ou Cursando em Administração ou Administração de Recursos Humanos;
Pacote Office, incluindo Excel e Power Point avançado

Boa comunicação, dicção e escrita

Profissional Preferencial e Conhecimento Técnico

Ter atuado em implantação de Sistema de Folha de Pagamento
Será considerado um plus ter atuado no modelo outsoursing
