    Revenue Monitoring AnalystJob DescriptionResponsible for integrating sales and financial processes, strategically acting to ensure efficiency from order to payment.

    This role is crucial for monitoring the order flow and ensuring the effective execution of financial operations, optimizing the company's revenue cycle.


    Main Responsibilities:

    Sales Pipeline Management:
    Proactively identify sales orders and efficiently communicate with supply chain, finance, and control departments to ensure process fluidity

    Order Monitoring:
    Track the progress of sales orders and ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs, proactively communicating with involved teams to prevent setbacks

    Billing Administration:
    Responsible for issuing invoices, ensuring the inclusion of all necessary documentation in the clients' accounts payable systems, promoting timely receipt without delays

    Customer Communication and Relationship:
    Maintain constant contact with clients to conduct follow-ups, identify pending issues, and ensure compliance with payment processes

    Support to the Collection Team:
    Provide updated information about the status of invoices and pending issues, contributing to the effectiveness of the collection efforts

    Desired Qualifications:


    Proven experience in customer service or controllership, with the ability to track the customer journey from order through to billing and post-sale support.

    Strong analytical skills with prior experience in monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and initiatives to meet targets.
