- Have a PhD in Life Sciences.
- Have an experimental, results-driven, and enthusiastic work attitude.
- Display a proven record of published papers in scientific journals.
- Be technology savvy, familiar with online platforms, social media and digital content.
- Have good communication skills and excellent written and spoken English.
- Be a relationship builder and self-starter; ability to build relationships both within the scientific community, and within Elsevier.
- Able to thrive in a large, international, matrixed environment.
- Have broad scientific interest and desire to serve and help customers in the scientific and clinical community. (Authors, editors, and reviewers.
