We are searching for the best talent for a Content Excellence Leader role based in one of our J&J offices in São Paulo, Brazil; Bogotá, Colombia; Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Mexico City, Mexico, or Panamá

  • Purpose:
The Content Excellence Leader will define and implement the content production strategy.

Manage the end-to-end process of content development (production and outsource to external agencies), management and distribution at a regional level, overseeing pre-approval process from Medical Affairs to make content available for the business.

Identify overall content needs for the business, process improvement opportunities, target audiences and customer reviews to help drive the content strategies, while identifying content gaps to be developed.

- You will be responsible for:

  • Leading Content Hub operations and strategy, turning it into the best-in-class hub globally.
  • Ensuring Content Hub delivers its key performance indicators agreed in brand plan.
  • Leading the execution of differentiated content strategies for innovative, phygital scientific and commercial content for regional and omnichannel consumption.
  • Overseeing the development of "promotional" scientific and commercial content assets, processes, training, and consistent implementation to achieve availability for CVTs.
  • Leading the development of "promotional scientific" and commercial content and providing strategic input in endtoend processes for effective generation, dissemination, and consumption of content across all therapeutic areas and all regions.
  • Forging strategic collaboration with medical information scientific content authors, commercial, Medical Affairs, and digital engagement partners for scientific and commercial content delivery.
  • Fostering a culture of transformational innovation to content creation and dissemination through research, benchmark and anticipating customer needs.
  • Providing strategic input and training oversight for Content Management platforms to deliver and maintain digital and innovative content strategy.

Qualifications:


  • Education:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree or Master's in digital or business administrations is preferred.
  • Experience and Skills:
  • A minimum of 8 years of related experience is required.
  • Experience managing crossfunctional teams and complex projects is required.
  • Experience in the implementation of omnichannel strategies, digital communication and the development of promotional content is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in commercial area (e.g., Sales, Key Accounts) is preferred.
  • Experience working in the field of communications (e.g., Senior Content Editor, Content Developer) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is preferred.
  • This position may require up to 15% of international travel.
