What you'll do:

Position Title:
SAP iXp Intern - S4 HANA Cloud Portfolio - ByD Support

Location:
São Leopoldo, RS

Help delight SAP partners and customers by analyzing and resolving known errors within their sales processes, such as Sales Order, Invoices and other documents
Do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer cases, documentation, or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters
Share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums
Learn a lot of technical and business topics through training sessions, mentoring, and eLearning trainings
When needed, you will report errors to development teams

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

You like to call customers and have meaningful discussions with your team members.
You must be an undergraduate student in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
Knowledge on Skills to troubleshooting XML messages

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of document creation
Familiarity with Customer Service and Support for software or other Information Technology products.
Knowledge in IT related areas, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues (Webservices, OData, JSON, XML, APIs ).
Familiarity with Customer Service and Support for software or other Information Technology products.
General Organizational Management and Master Data.
