Create and write job descriptions for open positions
Strategically and methodically manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Provide concrete feedback to the client and implement client feedback into the search

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in high volume IT, engineering, or medical tech recruitment
Technical background and 4year degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and Monster to identify and attract Top Talent
Proven ability to write effective job descriptions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working autonomously
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
