Role

Internal Communication & Events Manager, Brazil

Job description

  • Oversees implementation of Internal Communication strategies for the Brazil Division
  • Executes implementation of internal communications strategies and platforms (e.g., Intranet, mobile and digital technologies, video, webcasts, etc.);
  • Researches and recommends innovative practices to advance internal communications tools/vehicles and increase work collaboration/knowledge sharing;
  • Leads development of content for multiplatform internal communications.
  • Creates graphic and video communications to tell a compelling Mastercard stories;
  • Develops and conducts training for all internal communications platforms (including publishers);
  • Manages and implements employee engagement, volunteerism and education events;
  • Serves as project manager for the planning and execution of the company's internal communications and events strategies;
  • Planning event, internal and external, from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives;
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence;
  • Creates, analyze and reviews internal and event's metric reports;
Broadening Experiences

  • Demonstrated experience and success in delivering and assisting in the development of corporate communications programs;
  • Experience event manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience. The professional will ensure events are successful and costeffective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability in executing on techniques to drive stakeholder engagement and usage through digital, social and traditional communication platforms;
  • Experience leveraging technology tools to produce effective stakeholderfocused content for multiple platforms;
  • Experience in corporate communications, preferentially, in global companies.
  • Experience in talent management
Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism or related degrees;
  • Good Writing Skills in both Portuguese and English
  • Advanced Spanish is a differential;

  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
