Worldwide Security Investigator - Indaiatuba/SP

Atividades a serem desenvolvidas:

Conduct enterprise investigations including frauds, thefts, ethics violations, due diligence, workplace violence issues, and executive special requests.
Help direct the enterprise field investigative activities and works with legal counsel both internally and externally.
Will work along key stakeholders such as LR, HR, Internal Audit, Supply Management, and others.
Maintain close liaison with law enforcement communities and prosecutors.
Analyze, recommend, and utilize appropriate security equipment, concepts, techniques while responsible for report preparation and evidence gathering.
Organize and analyze results of investigations, presents findings to management, and recommends strategies and corrective action. Provides testimony in civil and criminal court proceedings and participates in the taking of sworn depositions, case preparation, witness briefing, court exhibit identification and organization, and other court matters.

Requisitos:

Required skills/experiences

Bachelor's degree;
Knowledge in primary research role;
Strong expertise maintaining confidential data, evidence, and case management;
Knowledge with a law enforcement environment and/or corporate security investigations experience;
Knowledge to organize and analyze results of investigations, presents findings to management, and recommends strategies and corrective action,
Effective interviewing skills.
Availability to travel up to 30% domestic and international travel annually.
Speak, write, and read Portuguese and English fluently.
IT skills across Microsoft operating systems, including standard Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.

Desired skills

Experience as a Senior Criminal Investigator;
Experience in the handson review and analysis of potentially large volumes of digital data;
Experience on Multi-National company / Corporate Security environment;
Experience investigating compliance and ethics violations;
Knowledge of current criminal laws, civil procedures, at the current state, local, and federal levels;
Professional certifications such as CFE, CAMS, CFCI,
Intermediate level in Spanish.
