About the Team
Creativity is the soul of advertising.

Creative Product Operations Team helps empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.


Responsibilities:


  • Independently identify, source, and develop highimpact creative partnerships.
  • Build and deliver compelling presentations and articulate sophisticated product vision and strategies.
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with strategic partners, including contract negotiation and onboarding, proactively resolving business, technical, and integration issues, and serving as an internal advocate to our partners.
  • Work crossfunctionally with product and product marketing teams to position partner solutions in the best combinations with TikTok ad products and to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide ongoing education for marketing partners and creators
  • Provide consultative services to TikTok sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing our solutions/tools

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 5 years of clientfacing experience in advertising sales, partner management, or product management.
  • 3 years of experience working with and/or managing creative partners (creator agencies, creative production, creative tools)
  • Experience generating new business from sourcing to closing strategic deals.
  • Experience collaborating crossfunctionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally on a global scale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Language: fluency in Spanish
