JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Work with local service provider (repair center) to prepare and review raw data and create customized reports;
2) Check reports and raw data aiming for accuracy and inconsistency;
3) Understand the entire operation of a repair center and provide support on data analyzes to extract relevant information and reports to help the operation and financial metrics management;
4) Provide support on shop floor system (SCF) implementation and improvement;
5) Communicate with local management and HQ to align strategies and methodologies to manage and track KPIs on regular basis;
6) Provide solutions on how to improve the data and information accuracy;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Ability to transform raw data into information for different users and position levels;
2) Extract and interpret data, create and analyze reports using statistical tools;
3) Develop and implement data analyzes methodology and other strategies that can optimize the efficiency and quality of the data and information;
4) Get raw data from primary and second sources, maintain and organize the database (SQL/Oracle);
5) Advanced level on Excel;
6) Experience with power BI;
7) Ability to work and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams and all levels within the organization;
8) Ability to understand and customize reports focus on operational KPIs;

Pay:
R$8, R$15,000.00 per month
