Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Align labor law issues with the

Legal Department:
information for defense in labor lawsuits; preventive actions; legal actions during collective bargaining process

Participate in the negotiation processes with the employees' union, providing data for the company's representatives, in order to facilitate the process.
Participate in meetings with Management / Directors to discuss strategies and negotiation limits
Service to government and audits, keeping records and documents updated to ensure availability when requested
Elaborate strategies for union negotiations and contingency plans in case of strike / threat of strike, ensuring the continuity of the factory's production
Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company
