About the team:


Client Success team plays a pivotal role in supporting business unit in sales enablement and ad operations processes and execution.

Also, the team plays an instrumental role of unlocking revenue through white-glove projects to address client's needs. The team is focused on 3 main pillars that consists in Solution Selling, Sales Enablement and Ad Operations.


Responsibilities:


We are looking for a Project Manager who will be focused on ensuring the Performance team operations are well-run, empowering the team to deliver on its goals and stay connected with its cross-functional partners, internal/external agencies, and regional teams.

The Performance team works closely with Retail, Travel, E-Commerce, App and other industries as well.


This role key deliverables include:


  • Operational excellence for the Performance team
  • Strong strategic partnership with internal/external agencies, crossfunctional partners, clients and regional teams
  • Support the Performance team on marketing campaigns, creative review, localization, special projects and support complex, crossteam projects
  • Manage and communicate timelines with crossfunctional partners and internal/external agencies
  • Lead project management and creative review for all marketing campaigns across all product teams
  • Build out new systems, tools and processes to support team operations and create efficiencies and transparency in goal tracking, campaign/project tracking, project gotomarket/rollout, feedback mechanisms, crossfunctional collaboration, budget tracking, crossfunctional alignment, communications and other team processes
  • Deliver ongoing team reports and progress updates on Performance Team KPIs and projects
  • Facilitate partnership between team, internal/external agencies, clients, and regional and crossfunctional partners
  • Participate in meetings, support in follow up communications, report on next steps
  • Partner with teams to track, uncover and highlight opportunities and challenges for the group
  • Glean insights from data, and use that data to make recommendations and inform future plans and initiatives

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications

  • Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis;
  • Experience working within a global organization, internal design teams, external agencies and with crossfunctional partners;
  • Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments;
  • Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organizational skills;
  • English proficiency;
  • Experience in client facing roles;
Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or media/advertising world is a plus.
