Dealing with contractors. All activities will be under supervisor.Yourroleaccountabilities Courier and Freight Coordination:
Facilitate the seamless operation of motorcycle courier and State Freight Services
Transport Reporting:
Generate and compile monthly transport reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of transportation activities
Event Support:
Assist in the coordination and execution of area events to enhance team collaboration and engagement
Stock Control and Organization:
Contribute to efficient stock management and maintain an organized office environment
Emergency Purchases:
Handle emergency office purchases promptly to ensure uninterrupted workflow
System Registration:
Manage the registration of users and visitors in the system for security and access control
Parking Control:
Oversee local parking control to ensure compliance with office policies
Order Placement in SAP:
Place annual and monthly orders in Warner Bros. SAP, Alphaville, and generate monthly reports to maintain accurate records and facilitate strategic decision-making.
Qualifications&Experience Administrative Experience:
Similar administrative role, showcasing intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic analysis
Communication Skills:
Excellent written communication skills
OtherNicetoHave SAP Proficiency:
Strong experience with SAP, particularly in placing orders and generating reports, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
