DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Organizar as rotas e as distribuições de 3PL
Verificar pendências de entregas, realizar gestão da expedição e reports dos

- controles de gestão de frotas

Monitorar e organizar o planejamento junto a área de PCP
Gerir os indicadores de processos do HUB.

Requirements:

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em administração, logística, engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
Conhecimentos de operações de ecommerce (integrações, HUB, ERP, logística etc.)
Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, Power Point e Google Sheets.
Conhecimento em POWER BI/POWER APPS
