Visão Geral:

Responsável em apoiar a Gestão da Área nas atividades de Logística Operacional que englobam Recebimento, Guarda de Materiais, abastecimento de linha de produção, Expedição e Inventário.

Analisa o fluxo de recebimento e sugere melhorias no processo através de Kaizens e trabalhos dentro da Filosofia Lean Manufacturing.

Impulsionar os projetos de melhorias na Logística e medir através de Indicadores e acompanhemento diário.

Fazer Gestão dos Riscos e Follow-ups com 3PL diário dos trabalhos, procedimentos e cumprimento das atividades.

Dirigir os procedimentos de Logística e garantir a utilização e aprendizados de demais membros da equipe.

Dar apoio e Suporte para a equipe de Controle de Inventário e implantar melhorias no processo Logístico.

Specific responsibilities of the role:

Monitoramento de KPIs Logísticos incluindo Alstom Sharepoint.
Controle e Organização do Fluxo de Recebimento.
Controla e Análisa os Estoques e sugere melhorias.
Rastreia o produto desde o recebimento até a entrega ao cliente final.
Cria e treina a equipe quanto aos procedimentos Alstom.
Controle do Iventário do Produto Físico x Sistemico.
Inventory control, deployment, analyses, improvement

Qualifications & Experience

Competencies:

Graduado Ensino Superior em Administração, Logística Supply Chain, Engenharia
Experiência em ERP (SAP), conceitos da Cadeia de Suprimentos e processos de melhoria contínua
Habilidades em Gerenciamento de Estoques e controle de Armazéns
Excel Avançado
Facilidade e Experiência em Trabalhos em Equipe
Agil, Colaborativo, Próativo
