Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams and leaders to understand recruitment needs and support them throughout the process;
Be able to establish an excellent network with the Tech public to attract talent;

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related majors
Advanced English skills
Be familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability as a Talent Advisor to effectively create comprehensive recruiting strategies within social media, talent branding, ATS solutions, and recruiter capability.
Strong customer facing experience with the ability to influence leaders
High ambition, selfmotivation and passion about our vision

Desired qualifications:

Experience with Workday (HR System)
Ability to recruit for different groups; e

g:
engineering, administrative, IT,

Experience in heavy industry environment
