Position Description

Quality Assurance Specialist

We are the Quality Assurance Chapter and our mission is to ensure that software projects in the company are delivered with the highest possible level of quality to support the business goals.

Quality Assurance Chapter

We are a diverse team of 20 Quality Assurance Specialists who work in local and global projects from several areas of the company: vehicle diagnostics, finance, control, production, purchase, sales, connected services and so on.

Although we work in separate projects, we always manage to help and support each other in our activities as well as share knowledge and experiences.

Our organization is going through a digitalization process, and we need to develop our technical skills every day to keep up to the challenge.

Who are you?
You are a QA professional with experience in Software Testing and Test Management.

You are focused on increasing the delivery quality and able to work close to both the business and technical team.

You are a team player with a continuous improvement mindset, good communication skills and goal oriented.

Main activities and responsibilities
You will handle test activities in commercial solutions area. So you will create, maintain and execute test scripts to ensure software quality.

You will also have the opportunity to manage user acceptance tests directly with business areas and to suggest new test solutions to improve the deliveries quality.

Required skills

It is important that you have knowledge of standard testing philosophy and procedures and understand the QA role in software development lifecycle.

You should have experience in test management.
Test automation skills is a plus.

You must be able to communicate in English since you will be participating on meetings with people from other countries.

Spanish is a plus.

Education
You should have relevant university degree in IT.
Test related certifications are a plus.
