Team Intro + Position Summary:

The mission of TikTok's Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner.

We are currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented accountant to join our team in Culver City. You will become an integral part of our global accounting team.

NOTE:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Have a strong understanding of the company's expense and reimbursement policies;
Address employee escalations
1st or 2nd level review and approval of travel expense, employee reimbursement, and corporate credit card based on company policies;
Deliver reimbursement education to internal and external customers;
Provide coverage support for the Finance Service Center;

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in accounting or financerelated field.
At least 2 years of general accounting or reimbursement experience, preferably at a technology or Internet company.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software and relevant systems technology; experience using expense management solutions such as Concur or Expensify, and ERP systems including but not limited to Oracle, SAP, NetSuite is strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality.
Detailoriented with strong analytical, problemsolving and financial skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize, in a busy and dynamic environment with willingness to accept challenges.
