- Responsável por todo o processo de recrutamento e seleção;
- Responsável pelo processo de recrutamento end-to-end (de estagiário a Head da área);
- Execução e acompanhamento do processo de hiring end to end (desde recebimento da vaga, alinhamento de perfil, divulgação de vaga, hunting, entrevistas e background check), até apoio na definição do salary offer;
- Atuação de forma consultiva e de parceria com a liderança da área para elaboração de Hiring Plan, desenho de processos, experiência de candidatos e todo o fluxo de recrutamento;
- Elaboração, implementação e acompanhamento de projetos e melhoria de seleção;
- Acompanhar os dados da área e tomar decisões pensando na qualidade do processo e experiência dos nossos candidatos;
- Desenvolvimento de ações pensando na equidade do time (diversidade);
- Gestão de candidatos e ATS;
- Participação de projeto e recrutamento de Estágio e Jovem Aprendiz. Perfil desejável
- Domínio de todo o ciclo de recrutamento;
- Inglês avançado;
- Experiência com entrevistas (presenciais e online), triagem de candidatos e avaliações;
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Graduação completa ou formação equivalente;
- Responsabilidade, forte ética de trabalho, autonomia, habilidades de organização e atenção a detalhes;
- Capacidade de influenciar e direcionar efetivamente os resultados em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado;
- Experiência com indicadores de hiring e análises de dados. O que está sendo ofertado
