- Contribute to the development and implementation of global talent attraction strategy;
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes in several technical areas reaching out to the best tech talent across the globe;
- Actively source, interview, and select exceptional talent;
- Represent CloudWalk professionally and warmly as the first point of contact;
- Provide an amazing candidate experience every time;
- Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture, and values;
- Maintain close communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification, assessment through the offer;
- Contribute ideas to improve our processes, employer brand, and hiring strategy;
- Innovate and use technology to be even more productive and impactful in what you do.
- 2+ years of full-cycle talent attraction and selection experience in an agency or in-house;
- Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills on a global scale;
- Knowledge of key social media and recruiting channels;
- Experience in closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms;
- Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time;
- Experience sourcing and hiring candidates internationally;
- True interest in technology and demonstrated use of tech solutions in your work is a must;
- Startup/scale-up mindset and desire to achieve great results;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience with chat-GPT or similar AI language models (our secret weapon);
