The DTS (Digital Technology Solutions) SAP Security Manager is accountable for complete project and run operations within the SAP security domain.

Including project delivery, incidents, and service requests.

The role will be fully responsible for SLA driven operations to the business, which is delivered through KC's outsourcing partner.

K-C associates are primarily involved in project work, audit, providing direction to partner, and continuous improvement.

This leader will leverage cross-functional IT experiences; IT and business process knowledge; LEAN concepts; Simple Problem Solving and associated tools to drive results.


This position interacts with the broad DTS organization including Functional Leaders, Business Partners, Strategy/Architecture, Applications, Cyber Security, Project Management Office, Internal / External Audit Functions, and Internal Controls.

This leader and her/his team will also routinely work directly with the business.


Autonomy:
This position works under broad direction and is fully accountable for their own technical work and/or project/supervisory responsibilities. Assignments are received in the form of objectives. Work is often self-initiated.


Influence:
The incumbent influences across the DTS organization, internal customers, external partners and peers. This role must build trust through authentic, open communication, listening and understanding and valuing diverse perspectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Global Application Delivery
  • Define, analyze, and deliver business initiatives in accordance with business and IT priorities and annual budgets.


  • Business-IT Strategy

  • Promote and support the longrange IT systems plan consistent with business objectives. Support and facilitate the alignment of corporate IT strategy to business strategies.
  • This role will partner with the operational delivery provider to define and execute day to day operations with high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Have high level understanding of business process and infuse that across the K-C associates. Transform the K-C security associates into pseudo business analysts
  • Requires strong understanding of SOD (segregation of duties) and how to manage a welldisciplined SAP security environment which protects Kimberly-Clark.
  • Understand how to architect and provision SAP security roles using efficient and standard methods. Ideally understand how to construct and deploy taskbased roles.
  • Relentlessly pursues new ways to safeguard K-C from threats and minimizing audit issues.
  • Maintains and evolves cultural awareness; acts with global fluency. Adopts a test and learn, fail fast mindset with calculated risk taking.
  • Demonstrates deep learning agility and promotes a learning culture. Acts and influences as a people leader across the organization. Takes personal accountability for selfdevelopment, while building and developing talent around them.

  • Provides Business Technology thought leadership, bringing knowledge and solutions to drive business outcomes. Thinks 'digital' and embraces next generation ways of doing work.
  • Adopts a GM mindset and has relevant finance/P&L understanding
  • Provide framework and drive visual management of the team. Setting operational excellence processes / metrics including report generation, KPI's, and visual dashboards which clearly communicate health of the function. Improve team effectiveness via common ways of working.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 810 years of professional experience working within IT functions. Half of that being in SAP security.
  • 5 years' experience in team management in offsite and remote locations. Including managing delivery partners
  • Need to have experience Auditing teams and IT controls.
  • Experience managing and participating in large programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to build trust and influence individuals outside of administrative authority.
  • Excellent command of the Business English language, including reading, writing, and spo
