The Role:

Where you fit in?

The position is based in São Paulo and reports to the Power and Gas Operations Manager, within the Brazil Sales & Origination team.

What's the role?

The Commercial Support role delivers commercial services to ensure the effective and compliant administration and data management of commercial opportunities in the gas business in Brazil.

This scope includes overseeing and monitoring the operationalization of new Commercial Agreements and amendments, accurately recording adherence to the approval governance process by Commercial Advisors leading to the execution of Commercial Agreements and providing management information on upcoming opportunities and the governance steps required.

Activities may include the provision of support, advice, and services to front line trading staff to help them with the day-to-day deal making process and the management of post deal activities and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

First point of contact for gas suppliers and clients seeking for support in ongoing contracts and deals.
Manage Gas contracts performance and assure the successful implementation of new contracts.
Manage claims/disputes resolution
Engages and cooperates with stakeholders throughout entire organization and with external parties on tactical leve for problem solving and to assure endtoend processes are working well and communication between areas is fluid.
Business focal point for Records Management, Data Quality, Data Privacy and Data Security in the E2E process for gas contracts.
Business focal point for continuous improvement initiatives. Works within boundaries of departmental policies, procedures and specific objectives and agreements, and has some autonomy in adjusting policies and plans independently.
Always comply with Shell Policies and Rules and guarantee 100% of mandatory training

What we need from you?

Bachelor's Degree required.
Previous experience in the Power and Gas markets is preferred
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong Excel skills
Ability to communicate concisely and clearly to build the trust of the stakeholders
Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and teamwork mindset
Continuous improvement experience and mindset is preferred
Position based in São Paulo-SP
