What you'll do:

Position title:
SAP iXp Intern - LATAM Deal Support Specialist

Location:
São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul

Expected start date:
July 2023

Contract drafting and support on contract signature process.
Capacity to track and report volume and approval figures.
Provide basic commercial calculations to the team.
Cooperation and communication with internal customers.
Ensures timely response to customers.
Continuous improvement: adjusting or developing processes to improve efficiency and standardization. Identifying potential process issues.

What you bring:

We're seeking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

University Student (mandatory). Legal, Commercial, and Accounting background is preferred.
Advanced English and Portuguese language skills (mandatory).
Excel and accounting expertise are a big plus.
Proactive and social personality.
Solutionoriented personality.
Customer service experience and Spanish language skills are a plus. The same applies to work and travel / foreign exchange experience experiences.

Meet your team:

The position is assigned to the Service Delivery responsible for providing commercial and legal support to the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Region from Global Commercial Finance.

The team evaluates, approves, and oversees sales quotations, commercial calculations, and contracts for all regions.

In addition, the team monitors policies and standard operating procedures executions and constantly migrates tasks from local commercial market units.
