Resumo da função:
Sr.

HR Manager acts as partner to the business by embedding corporate HR strategy and providing professional HR guidance and support with the objective of adding value to the business.

Working in a HR shared services/COE model, the Sr.

HR Manager will define and meet the unique needs of the customer, implement HR programs using region-specific knowledge, and define HR strategy at the regional level using an effective level of business literacy about CHCs financial position, its business plans, its culture and its competition.


Responsabilidades:


Reporting to the HR Director Americas with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Operations Director Brazil, this experienced HR Manager supports CHC operations located in the assigned region/country under the umbrella of the HR Global Business Partner Center of Excellence.

Provides hands-on support for HR processes and systems within the region.

Directly responsible for leading the local /HR team.

Knows and revises the risks and the performance of HR processes, seeking the reduction of risk and continuous improvement of processes.


  • Develops and leverages sound business relationships based on credibility and integrity; focus is on fully understanding client needs and delivering HR services that provide value added support to the business.
  • Coach client leadership and managers to make them better business and people leaders. Proactively identifies needs and provides recommendations for improvement in the way people management practices are carried out. Ensure strong, proactive partnership and coaching relationship is developed with key clients
  • Actively assists the business with changes required to drive growth/profitability as well as cost containment within the region. This may mean structural changes, right talent in right positions, leveraging resources, change management, etc.
  • Lead, leverage and execute corporate HR processes within the business (goal setting, salary planning/reward management, succession planning, talent management, etc.), cross functional communication, and the transfer of learning and best practice sharing within the global HR team
  • Work within the wider HR Team to ensure alignment of local practices and business needs with global standards and processes.
  • Operate effectively within an HR Center of Excellence (COE) environment (Total Rewards COE, Talent COE, and HRBP COE) by ensuring that there is open, twoway communication and adoption of corporate HR processes and standards. Continuously look for opportunities to streamline and eliminate administrative and nonvalue added HR activities.
  • Support our cultural transformation to Leader led/HR supported processes such as communications, performance management, etc.
  • Drive contract negotiation and administration, grievance, and arbitration process in collaboration with the business leadership, finance team, legal team and labor COE.

Qualificações, Habilidades & Atributos:
Business, Human Resources or related field

Master's degree (MBA or HR) preferred

Min of 10 years of HR experience generalist experience including prior experience in leading a team. This will include exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment and selection, employee and industrial relations, change management, and performance management

Experience in highly matrix organization environment

Fluent English
