Areas of Responsibility:

Process portin and portout requests accurately and in a timely manner
Validate porting documents
Liaise with different suppliers to ensure successful implementation of ported numbers
Communicate on daily basis with customers to guide, update and solve their possible questions during the whole porting process
Troubleshoot with cross departments for service impacted issues
Document all porting activities in Salesforce and other BSS systems

Qualifications:

Telecom background will be a plus
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English, any other language is an asset
Strong attention to detail
Proactive, multitasking, resultoriented personality
Excellent communication skills and teamplayer attitude
