Currently enrolled in at a Bachelor's Degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, e-commerce, Engineering or related field with a graduation conferral date between July 2024 and July 202- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlook up, charts)

Available to complete a 12month internship working 30hs/week

Program Management Interns receive training on implementation, maintenance and growth of a strategic program (e.g. Subscribe and Save, Deals, Family, Student, Smile, Fresh etc.).

You will collaborate with different internal stakeholders to learn how to improve a program's offering and its benefits for our customers.

You will learn to optimize visibility across our website and selectively activate our marketing channels to increase customer conversion and retention.

You help on reporting program performance, benchmark competitors and other marketplaces to seek opportunities to innovate, and present findings to senior leaders.

This internship provides an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate project management skills in a competitive and dynamic business climate.
