Network Infrastructure

  • The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The team you will be a part of:

This position is part of the internship program in Brazil. Nokia Engineering team is looking for a highly motivated Engineering Intern, expected to graduate between July and December, 2025.

What you will learn and contribute to:

  • During the engineering process, ensure adherence between the solution requested by the customer and the scope of the contract, respecting the pre-negotiated agreement and the calculated margin of the contract.
  • Interact with the customer and internal stakeholders to design Optical Networks and to configure Optics, IP and Fixed Access (Fiber and Cooper) equipment for prenegotiated contracts.
  • Create the commercial configuration (BoQ), using the Customer Price List, and the equivalent logístical items (BoM).

Your skills and experience

You have:


  • Been enrolled in 6th or 7th semester of Undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related.
  • Fluent English language. Spanish will be a differential, as well as other languages.
  • Office 365 Skills.
  • Standard telecommunications techniques (routing, protocols, signaling and network design parameters).
  • Specific programming languages and tools to develop macros and scripts.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • At least Intermediate Spanish skills
  • Some knowledge of Power BI.
  • Some experience in data mining tools.
