Job Purpose
Overview:
Under the supervision of direct management, the Inside Sales position is responsible for submitting all
proposals for your customers, as well as quoting with the pricing department and following up with the
closing. In addition to that, the Inside Sales position will be in the active search for new and inactive
customers to bring more opportunities to our company. It is your responsibility to update internal systems
whenever necessary. He/she is responsible for maintaining the documentation related to the bids
submitted and is an important support in the preparation and order of the documents related to the
commercial offers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating the complete proposal of a Customer list such as followup, pricing
- Maintains relationships, follow up, customer calls (active and new customers).
- Responsible for updating all internal systems (Venti
- Amber Road and FMC) as needed.
- Responds to or acknowledges all requests within the same period of the day for customers
- Responsible for the preparation and order of documents related to commercial offers.
Qualifications:
Qualification
Education - 3 years of University Studies in Business - Administration or Foreign Trade years in the Logistics Industry.
Experience - 1-3 years in the Logistics Industry.
Requirements:
Abilities - Intermediate - Advanced English - Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, or services. - Service oriented and works independently - Advanced Excel.
