    As a Senior Sales Manager, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs.     What you'll be doing

  • Define and implement commercial strategies to ensure the fulfillment of established sales targets, through alignment with the strategic marketing plan, sizing the team nationwide, supporting its operational needs and supervising results.
  • Establish, prospect and strengthen relationships with key customers and decision makers in government and private institutions, focusing on priorities and concentrating efforts on target customers to improve penetration and profitability.
  • Supervise the action of the competition and market trends, signaling opportunities / risks and speeding up actions with the Marketing department
  • Monitor sales activities, constantly reevaluating sales channels to maintain the achievement of goals and, if vital, make adjustments to the commercial strategy plan aligned with Marketing.
  • Ensure the consistency of the department's budget (revenues and expenses), through planning and control of short and medium-term goals. Constantly reevaluate sales channels, seeking a balance between customers - public and private hospitals.
  • Handle the return and exchange process for products valid for less than 1 year with customers
  • Own the team under your responsibility, training, evaluating performance and stimulating the level of motivation of employees.
  • Prepare the commercial plan, budget proposals and sales forecasts, gross profit, expenses and balance sheet.
  • Facilitate the flow of documentation with internal departments, streamlining processes and ensuring that sales are made within compliance and commercial standards
  • Ensure the maintenance of a positive image of the Company in the market, in accordance with its scope of operation, as well as the longevity of the brand, in order to guarantee the established strategic objectives and continuously improve customer happiness levels.
  • Ensure compliance with the standards and procedures established by the company, as well as the implementation and maintenance of health, safety and environmental programs in its area of operation.
  • What you'll bring

  • Confirmed experience of 7 to 8 years in sales area, being team leader for at least 2 years
  • Validated knowledge in hospital market selling products such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, nutrition, hospital equipments, or related.
  • Bachelor's degree required, post graduation is a plus
  • Sophisticated english
