DepartmentCross Border eCommerce- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region.

The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence.

  • Plan, build and execute social media strategy through regular posts on different platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc) to achieve marketing and campaign targets
  • Perform community building on Shopee's social media channels proactively by monitoring comments and engagement to ensure Shopee offers the best user experience
  • Track, monitor and understand content performance through creating reports, and propose nextstep actions
  • Continuously improve performance by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Conceptualize new ways to promote Shopee and optimize its pages to connect with audiences
  • Collaborate with other teams to create social 'buzz' regarding new feature or product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Active social listening

Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree Marketing or Communications or related areas
  • Proficient in all major social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel or other data analytics tools
  • Proficient in Spanish / Native speaker (ads will be in Spanish)
  • Proficient in English (regular communication with Regional team in Singapore
