About the Team

SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation.

SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way.


  • Work with A&R, artist partnership team to create music promotion strategy and plan on crossmedia platforms, to drive consumption and creation growth for artists and projects.
  • Discover promising music from catalog and make promotion plans, to build up viral cases across platforms like TikTok, Resso, Spotify and other major streaming platforms.
  • Make promotion objectives independently, set measurable targets according to business goal, and align with cross functional teams.
  • Initiate and lead the promotion campaign with crossfunctional teams, including artist partnership team, operation, marketing and growth teams and Off-Bytedance partners. Manage the projects effectively to secure the promotion results.
  • Review promotion performance and present the results with data analysis.
  • Analyze the target market and audience regularly to make the best music promotion strategies.
  • Identify and monitor the emerging music, hotspot and user behavior trends to communicate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor releases, performance and marketing campaigns.
  • 5 years work experience in the music and entertainment industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of marketing and content operation.
  • Strong data analysis and review skills to make strategies and reports.
  • Strong project management and crossfunctional team communication skills. Capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Familiar with music industry trends and music landscape.
