Descrição

Realizing technical assistance of bicycles (corrective maintenance, repair, and adjustment) in a physical store;
Having knowledge of the mechanical system and operation of bicycles to identify faults and problems and propose solutions;
Performing replacements and repairs of damaged components and parts;
Providing customer support via WhatsApp when needed, for guidance and clarification of doubts about the functioning of bicycles;
Assisting in the control of parts and supplies used for replacement;
Ensuring the quality of maintenance service, meeting the standards, deadlines, and goals set by the company.

Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Technical training (courses) and mechanical knowledge;
- Experience with motorcycle or car mechanics;

Preferred:
Experience as an electric bicycle mechanic.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am to 1:00 pm).
