What You Will Do
You will work closely with users of our systems (growers, service partners and agronomists) and be the conduit to the Product/Applications Manager in developing and validating new algorithms, ensuring that we respond on time to development objectives.
In short, you will be the main point of contact of our algorithms in terms of field action and therefore, customer satisfaction.
Duties include:
- Ensure quick and efficient processing of collected data: Manage the post data collection and transfer in order to optimize its use by the AI team. Report details observed in fields that may be of interest and improve product development.
- Experimentation management during system use: liaise with agronomists to implement, manage and followup experimentation
- Customer satisfaction: build strong networks with clients and partners to promote our products and image within the industry
- Design and manage substantive projects (to be defined in conjunction with company objectives and aligned with your interests)
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
- You hold an agriculture/agronomic degree or have a significant experience in farm work and you are passionate about agtech. Knowledge in broadacre is a great bonus.
- You are very organized and have the ability to adapt to all kinds of situations, whether at the office or in the field.
- You will work alone for large portions during the operational process. You must work well in an autonomous setting and are rigorous with the process.
- You are comfortable with spending a lot of time on the road and in the field, you enjoy discussing the product with farmers and collecting feedback.
