DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.   • Perform A/B testing to define best practices for collection: leverage data to identify opportunities
  • Support to build SeaMoney's collection strategy: calling intensity, communication rules, channels used, and complementary initiatives
  • Onboard new partners to support our operation
  • Align KPIs with our current partners
  • Bring market practice for negotiation strategies
  • Support the process creation for new operations

Requirements:


  • Degree Required in Business Administration, Engineering, and related areas
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced level of Excel and Presentations
  • Basic SQL is a plus
