Full Stack Developer (.NET/React)
Home Office / Full time / Only English CVs / EST working hours

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze project requirements and design efficient solutions;
Work on the bug team initially to identify, prioritize, and address software defects to reduce bug count;
Transition to Scrum teams and actively participate in agile development processes;
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices;
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients and internal teams;
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in both backend (.NET) and frontend (React) technologies;
Good proficiency in Javascript (including old school Javascript) or experience with Typescript;
Solid understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git);
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive mindset to address challenges;
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
Demonstrated ability to work on bug resolution with a focus on reducing bug count efficiently;
Selfstarter with a strong work ethic, capable of making a fast impact on projects;
Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and willingness to transition to Scrum teams;
Availability to work in a fastpaced environment and a commitment to putting in the necessary effort to achieve project goals;
Http request lifecycle in ASP.NET, what the "MVC" actually refers to;
Knowledge of SQL/relational databases.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker);
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;
Understanding of software security best practices;
Familiarity with the Mono framework;
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server;
Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.
