DepartmentCompliance- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Compliance and Risk Management team ensures that Shopee complies with applicable regulations and is primed for success with the right checks and balances while safeguarding the interests of our stakeholders in an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem.

The team manages potential risks to the company's operations and reputation through risk assessments, internal fraud control, employee training as well as the implementation of information technology policy and cyber security tools.

Write Policies, Processes, training and manuals, focusing on LGPD, Anti-Corruption, Fraud, among others;
Review the documents above when presented by other areas, with focus on the regulatory view;
Offer support to the legal team and other areas. Respond to internal and user regulatory inquiries;
Perform risk analysis, identify problems and propose solutions together with other areas;
Perform constant updating ensuring that the company as a whole remains in compliance.
