Como Gerente de Projetos de Operações para Upgrades de Desempenho localizado em Indaiatuba, Brasil, você será responsável por executar a estratégia de Performance Upgrades Order Fulfillment na Região 3.

Long Description:

Estabelecimento de uma unidade de negócios Performance Upgrades na região
Determinar a pegada operacional para apoiar a região tanto no curto quanto no longo prazo
Construindo relacionamentos com as fábricas locais de produtos integrais para identificar estratégias de entrega ideais
Desenvolvimento de estratégias de fluxo do processo de construção de warehouse

CURRÍCULOS DEVERÃO SER ENVIADOS EM INGLÊS / ENTREVISTAS SERÃO CONDUZIDAS
EM INGLÊS
Bacharel em uma disciplina de Negócios/Gestão, Engenharia/Tecnologia, Gerenciamento de
Suprimentos ou experiência equivalente.
Inglês avançado
Experiência com armazenamento, fluxo de materiais ou engenharia de produção
Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos e condução de resultados de negócios
Experiência em liderar equipes sem autoridade direta e demonstrar iniciativa para entregarresultados
Experiência em comunicação interpessoal, negociação e resolução de conflitos
Experiência de condução de inclusão em um ambiente de equipe diversificado

Desejáveis:

Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos de AFE em grande escala
Experiência na criação ou aproveitamento de técnicas avançadas de coleta e análise de dados
Experiência de trabalho com equipes globais
Experiência de trabalho multifuncional em várias áreas
