About you

We are looking for a JR Customer Supply Planner of our locale Customer Service department servicing clients in both the United States and Canada, who can perform and optimize work across multiple supply chain process, ensuring the commercial handling for a defined customer group.

The tasks are based on internal guidelines and aligned with the company targets

Your tasks will include:

Creation of "standard" Sales Order e deliveries;
Generate and update different types of reports: Sales Orders report, CSR Dash Board, inventory & incoming inbound;
Verify Open Orders Status;
Invoice cancellation;

Request of releases

Credit/Delivery Block;
Follow CSR's Daily routines;
After sales activities.

In addition, you have:

Bachelor's / Master's degree: Logistics, Engineering, Business and relatives
Fluency in English is mandatory;
Excellent MS Office skills and SAP experience will be considered an asset
Intercultural work experience is an advantage
Differential Power BI
