Job Description:


Work on the customer journey for tech touch accounts to deliver the best services and guarantee a long-term contract and consistent revenue.

Renews, up-sells, and closes maintenance, service, and/or license contracts to a specific region or account(s). Increase renewal sales for assigned regions or account(s). Mets sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements. Maintains account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate.
