  • To manage and propose new OEM partnerships and / or new products ensuring quality of service in automakers.
  • To actively participate in manufacturer bids, OEMs, new businesses and development of new supplies, aligned with the guidelines of minimum unit margin, guidance from head office and formal processes.
  • To develop the production x demand planning with business vision.
  • To achieve goals regarding margins, volumes and market share, according to market penetration strategy. D
  • To provide managerial support, guidance and leadership to the team of strategic and key accounts whenever needed. To motivate the team and accompany visits
  • To define and ensure the strategic plan of annual sales, margins and service
  • To define and ensure, based on sales plans, all commercial aspects aiming at improving profitability and optimization of resources, involving pricing, payment terms, campaigns and sales forecast
  • To ensure support to Head Office in France regarding performance of partner manufacturers accounts: turnover, customer network, marketing actions, competition performance
  • To ensure proper relationship and partnership with the board and the management of the automakers served, providing statistical reports and sharing information in search for better performance in the dealer network thus ensuring a strong and sustainable network penetration.

  • To set action plan for service to key accounts in Brazil and ensure the profitability of the account: price, volume and MB, as well as ensuring visibility plans. To manage lending agreements and negotiate with the sales team and customers with the best practices in order to achieve better operating results with customers
  • To manage contract budgets, marketing funds and commissions to automakers, ensuring the proper end and the best way to achieve it
  • To ensure the good health of the portfolios of the salespeople regarding: credit limits, average price, volume. Mix, payment terms and shopping seasonality
  • To contribute to the increasing brand awareness making strategic partnerships with customers who are opinion leaders, ensuring business profitability and ensuring sustainable development project
  • To contribute with other departments in order to ensure that trade policies are aligned: SOP, credit, new business, MKT, production and products. To manage the sales team business visits planning through Sales Force, using it to ensure the management of visits, prospects and opportunities through Salsa.
  • Higher Education preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or related áreas.
  • Desirable Postgraduation business administration
  • Languages: Fluent English is necessary. Desirable Spanish / French.
  • Desirable Minimum 5 years' experience in management or supervision of commercial teams.
  • Experience in medium and largesized negotiations (Key Accounts), new business development and marketing campaigns.
  • Pricing and product launches knowledge.
  • Commercial experience in RETAIL, B2B and B2B2C.
