As a
Staffing Analyst you will have some responsibilities:

Scheduling, allocation of consulting professionals to the best projects e delivery;
Aptitude in collaborating with consultancy professionals to ensure the best customer experience and innovation;
Support to ensure timely strategies;
Understanding in the practices for a better allocation strategy;
Eagerness to learn.

Key skills and experience for this role:

Bachelor's Degree;
At ease in an international environment: you speak both great English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus;
Analytical and problemsolving skills;
Dynamic profile;
Attentive to details, with a systemic and procedural vision of the business;
Good interpersonal relations.
Teamwork and people development ability;
Flexibility in dealing with changeable environment;
