The role is responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, developing strategies to enhance the business ́s financial performance and overall business growth.

This position involves collaborating closely with stakeholders and business leaders providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and supporting strategic business initiatives to help drive informed decision-making, maximize profitability, and ensure financial goals are met while playing a crucial role in the financial planning and decision-making process of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The position requires a balance between commercial approach and FP&A plus technical accounting skills and will be responsible for the financial statements, compliance and controls and leading forecast and budgeting processes.
  • Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decisions. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's, divisional and group goals, and objectives
  • Strong Financial Controls, Auditing and Compliance: Review and maintain a strong control environment through the implementation of sound governance measures and a clear authority matrix. Maintenance of a risk register, auditing activity (internal and external) and regular balance sheet reviews. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Implement best practices to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Maximize working capital utilization, cashflow generation, and asset utilization.
  • Provide leadership to the Finance team and build organizational capability within the Finance function

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and CPA (or equivalent) required; Master's Degree desirable
  • Desired eligibility requirement
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial reporting.
  • Has held roles and acted as a key advisor to the Business partner with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of SAP as well as standard cost accounting.
  • Advanced or fluent English level
