4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Our primary objective is to facilitate customers in easily discovering and purchasing products from SMBs on Amazon, while concurrently supporting the growth and prosperity of sellers.
In this pivotal role, you will be spearheading the development, strategy, and implementation of initiatives on the Amazon Stores in the LATAM region.
Your main responsibilities will revolve around enhancing the accessibility of SMB products to customers, fostering the expansion of seller businesses on Amazon, and effectively communicating our efforts to the general population.
Ultimately, your contributions will play a pivotal role in bolstering the success of SMBs and entrepreneurs selling with Amazon.Key job responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate onsite actions and initiatives on the Amazon Stores to drive visibility for SMBs.
- Build and execute the evergreen strategy and plans for High-Velocity Events.
- Build and manage marketing plans to drive customer and seller awareness.
- Work with the PR team to drive coverage of our actions and initiatives, including case studies, to improve general perception around Amazon's role towards supporting local small businesses.
- Create a network across various Amazon departments to build joint programs that drive awareness of the Shop Small program.

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Experience building, executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
