We are searching for the best talent for Sr Supply Chain Planner to be in São Paulo / São José dos Campos.

Purpose:

The Senior Planner will answer directly to Medtech Supply Planning Lead and will be co-responsible for the Orthopedics businesses of JnJ.


You will be responsible for:


  • Manage the forecasting, ordering and completeness of indirect ortho surgeries sets, working with regional and global planning to ensure that any restriction is solved and/or mitigated;
  • Act as facilitator for inventory projection as well as excess, slow moving and obsolete mitigation action plans where is needed;
  • Place POs for the appropriate amount of finished goods from originating companies to meet demand and inventory targets. Follow up on all issues to ensure timely deliveries of POs;
  • Maintain the integrity of the Items Master in SAP.
  • Determines and/or drives the most effective regional or global sourcing rules.
  • Map and document process flows for Brazil supply planning.
  • Work crossfunctionally as needed in the development, launch, and support of new products.

Qualifications:


Qualifications and requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or STEM
  • APICS Certification preferred;
  • 3 years combined functional experience in the areas of purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing, planning, and/or warehousing;
  • Experience and/or interest in medical devices industry preferred;
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with sales, marketing, RA and other departments.
  • Broad understanding of business and supply chain requirements with adapting quickly to industry specific demands.
  • Excellent followthrough and problemsolving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong analytical, computer (PC and ERP systems), SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency required.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Up to 10% domestic travel.
