Platform Services Transition Manager LATAM OU:

Focus, Scope & Impact

Architect Change: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to seamlessly transition clients to our platform services. Identify potential roadblocks and design innovative strategies to overcome resistance, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption process.

Stakeholder Engagement Extraordinaire: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to end-users, building excitement and driving buy-in for our platform services. Your exceptional communication skills will foster a culture of understanding, alignment, and support across the LATAM OU.

Training Maven: Design and deliver training programs that empower our community to harness the full potential of our platform services. Your expertise will equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge, ensuring maximum proficiency and adoption.

Champion of Adoption: Develop adoption plans tailored to each client's unique needs and provide ongoing support to address any challenges. Your dedication will help clients embrace our platform services, resulting in measurable business impact and value realization.

Collaboration Catalyst:Foster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with marketing, analytics, IT, and data management teams. Facilitate seamless integration of our platform services into existing workflows, ensuring alignment and maximizing value for clients.

Knowledge Sharer:Document the change management process, lessons learned, and best practices associated with platform service transitions.

Continuous Improvement Obsessed: Identify potential opportunities and drive progress and optimization in services and platforms, through detailed feedback highlighting impact on the work that matters the most.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:


  • Ability to orchestrate multiple highlevel stakeholders to land global guidelines and platforms guaranteeing business continuity.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, develop and align solutions across functions to define and propose direction.
  • Ability to influence, mobilize and champion change management across the region and teams.
  • Analytics experience with marketing protocols and consumer trackers is preferred.
  • This role will not have formal direct reports but will work with a large network of colleagues across the marketing function and platform services.

Related Work Experience:


  • Significant Marketing, Analytics experience and/or Digital (10 years)
  • Direct experience with capabilities and process definition and implementation.
  • Preference for individuals with experience in project management and capability building experience.
  • Experience working in crossfunctional and crossgeographical teams is preferred.
