DepartmentProduct Management- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Regional Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams.

The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals.

It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service.

  • Credit product team focuses on building a series of credit products;
  • Shape the overall product vision/roadmap, product ideation, system design and development, postlaunch improvements and iterations;
  • Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps and areas for improvement;
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the products;
  • Collect data and customer feedback to measure performance of product features, and to feedback into product development;
  • Ensure strong collaboration and communication across teams business development, risk team, operations, design, engineering, data scientist team and customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Advanced English to work with local and overseas teams (English will be the main working language);
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or technology fields;
  • Good Product Management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished;
  • Experience in discovery, designing, launching, and prioritizing product solutions. Show the ability to set the vision for the product, understanding how it connects to company objectives.

  • Structured thinking/decisionmaking skills: Take on complex product challenges and simplify them;
  • Datainformed and datasavvy: Find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. Know how to use this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis;
  • Ability to coordinate with counterparts in the Asian market; Selfmotivated with the ability to work in a fastpaced and agile environment that requires autonomy and skills to deal with ambiguity;
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with clear logical thinking.
