What will you work on:

  • Lead Trade Mkt Shopper Insights agenda: strategy, AOP, researches and projects, defining action plans based on depth knowledge of the shopper and consumption habits
  • Support DX and sales team specific capabilities, playing an important leadership role influencing decisions
  • Lead and ensure good relationship and alignments with main steakholders: DX team, Sales team, and Latam team
  • Define Short, Mid and Long term plans to enhance customers Shopper centric agenda
  • Develop the understanding of shopper across channels, behaviors and projections and also responsible for shopper "decision-tree" intelligence maintenance
  • Lead insights-based planning and strategy internally and externally, integrated with AOP, JBP and WCCE leveraging data and analytical group of products
  • Guarantee alignment with Latam team in strategic frameworks, enabling implementation considering local needs, such as Shopper and/or Channel study prioritization
  • Develop growth insights across channels to guide category development and support selling stories across channels
  • Bring insights and new ideas to the Trade Channels' and Perfect Store teams based on shopper research exploring ways to increase category conversion rates
  • Ensure visibility strategies plan to position Pepsico as a reference in the Salty snacks category market, such as Media Plans, digital tools to share categories information with Customers etc
  • Guarantee Brazil's exposure and visibility, sharing best practices to Sector team and others Markets for Latam
  • Ensure sector alignment as DX Brazil team, prioritize the main roles and being aligned to 10 main Pepsico's markets globaly

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?

Education:
Complete higher education in Marketing, Administration, Economics, Engineer or related areas.

Languages:
Desirable English and/or Intermediate Spanish


Experience:


  • Desirable Previous Experience in Trade Marketing;
  • Desirable knowledge in the shopper insights;
  • Communication and interpersonal relationship;
  • Strong ability to influence and engage;
  • Analytical capability;
  • Ability to perform proactive;
  • Excel and

Power Point:
Advanced;

  • Nielsen Advisor,

Nielsen Retail Index:
Advanced.
