Job Description Summary:
The primary focus of this role is financial lead of Brazil Projects unit.


Responsible to lead a diversity team & drive optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, sourcing, accounting, cash) and profitability through the Project execution.

Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Site execution of projects finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
  • Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including project cost accounting, inventory controls (Physical inventory, fiscal & statutory requirements, etc.), projects fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.
  • Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
  • Serves as best practice/quality resource.
  • Has deeply awareness of latest functional developments in own area.
  • Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
  • Lead a diversity team and acts as a resource for colleagues with less finance experience.
  • Lead complex projects with high risks and resource requirements.
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
  • Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
  • Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team.
  • These jobs have significant input into their priorities.
  • Working within broad guidelines and policies, roles at this level have moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of evaluative judgment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business from an accredited college or university
  • Strong experience as Project Finance Controller.
  • Minimum 3 years as People Leader
  • Knowledge of accounting /regulatory / tax policies and practices
  • Excellent analytical skills, Clear thinking / problem solving ability
  • SAP: PS & SD
